About the role
Sally Beauty Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing store operations, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring optimal customer experiences. They also develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets.
Responsibilities
30% Brand: Supervise associates to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage brand standards, and resolve customer issues.
30% People: Engage, train, and develop teams, recruit candidates, and maintain positive relations with associates and managers.
30% Operations: Ensure process execution, utilize digital strategies, manage inventory, and adhere to safety protocols.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, protect company assets, and analyze data.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
Minimum 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
