Responsibilities

• Consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Apply knowledge and understanding of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.
• Operate independently and with discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, setting and maintaining high standards of performance.
• Effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Travel by car and air domestically as required.

Requirements

• 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Work Environment

• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $26.75 - $40.13 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
