Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your teams.
• Follow up on tasks and report results to your crew and fellow managers.
• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Support the General Manager by leading departments.

Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred.
