About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly priorities, assign tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving sales, stock, and service delivery.
  • Inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain world-class standards.
  • Assign projects and tasks to team members based on store priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
  • 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
  • Proven track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks).
  • Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets).
  • Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Schedule
