About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver to our customer and our people. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities and assist in assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates. You will also ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assign projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain world-class standards.
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• A passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• 1+ years of proven track record inspiring and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
• Ability to regularly squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets).
• Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely to complete required tasks.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour for this full-time hourly position.
