About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities, assign tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales, stock management, and service delivery.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain world-class standards.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and problem-solving in a dynamic retail setting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Proven track record of inspiring and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
- Strong knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks).
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets).
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.
