About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver to our customer and our people. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and assist in assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, as well as ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, stock, and service delivery
• Execute retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards
• Inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• A passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
• 1+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience
• 1+ years proven track record inspiring and managing teams
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
• Ability to regularly squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets)
• Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely

Pay

$24.00 - $27.00 / hr (full-time hourly position)
