Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving store issues such as customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements, assist with audits, and oversee proper placement and stocking of merchandise. Maintain hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely transactions and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year of experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
