About the role
Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management, employee training, and guest hospitality in a fast-paced convenience-store environment.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop store employees.
- Schedule employee shifts.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Assist with merchandise audits, stocking, and proper placement.
- Oversee timely guest transactions to maintain hospitality standards.
- Monitor store profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendor management, car-wash operations, and retail-waste tracking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
- One year of experience supervising others in a fast-food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.

Compliance notes
