Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store operations.
- Schedule employees for shifts.
- Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
- Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
- Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
- Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
- One year of experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
