Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Pandora @ Carlsbad Premium Outlets will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include spending quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working alongside the team to drive sales.

• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Build your network and inspire the best talent into Pandora, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
• Offer support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
• Master of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Pay and Schedule

$20.85 - $26.05 commensurate with experience

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
