ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for an assistant store manager to join our team. Our multicultural team connects our unique style with people all over the world.

Responsibilities

• You will support the store manager in effectively managing the store by improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that the team fulfills its daily responsibilities in a positive atmosphere.
• You will plan, implement, and monitor activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• You will analyze and verify management indicators and costs with a view to improving them.
• You will ensure and cooperate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize the sales area to achieve maximum profitability.
• You will know the collection and control and manage inventory to maximize sales.
• You will act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
• You will recruit, train, and ensure the smooth integration of new employees.
• You will lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of employee potential.
• You will plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks, optimize resources, and minimize costs.
• You will ensure optimal management of personnel-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You should have relevant experience in managing a dynamic business in the fashion retail industry.
• You should be a motivated person who inspires your team to work well together, leads by example, and achieves excellent results.
• You should have proven ability to maximize profitability.
• You should be sales-oriented, organized, and persistent, able to work well under pressure, and adaptable to change.
