About You

As a brand ambassador, you’ll innovate ways to deepen customer and community connections while leading the Crew in the Store Manager’s absence. You’ll champion transparency, coach for results, and adapt to the evolving needs of the business with flexibility and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of strategies to exceed financial goals.
• Deliver an energetic, omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
• Focus on building client relationships and community engagement to drive repeat business and new customer acquisition.
• Motivate and measure the performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability.
• Act as a mentor to Crew Leads, aiding their development through transparent and candid communication.
• Educate Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Foster an environment of open and respectful communication with Crew and headquarters partners, soliciting feedback to improve the store experience.
• Network and recruit to maintain a talent pool for open positions.
• Evaluate store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Support store merchandising to reflect current compass, brand initiatives, and local customer needs.

Division of Responsibility (DOR) Overview

In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR)—a distinct set of tasks assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clarity in execution and support professional growth. DORs rotate to ensure managers gain proficiency in all areas and are not tied to a title or position.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Retail Supervisor experience in a similar-volume environment (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual video platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to the career growth of yourself and others.
• Ability to bend, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends to support business needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with social media.

Pay

$22.37 - $31.13 per hour.
