About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the online store, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and drive traffic to the site.
• Monitor and maintain website performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
