Description: The Day in the Life of a Duck
- Develops and implements business strategy
- Trains and coaches team members
- Supports team by providing direction
- Maintains store performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Assists with employment actions
- Enforces proper use of sales pitches
- Maintains cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
- Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members
- Supports Team by providing direction
- Maintains store’s level of performance
- Enforces proper use of sales pitches
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned
