Description
The Day in the Life of a Duck
- Develops and implements business strategy
- Trains and coaches team members
- Supports team by providing direction
- Coordinates day-to-day workflow of Team Members
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Enforces proper use of sales pitches
- Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies
- Monitors store's performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
- Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members
- Supports Team by providing direction
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Duties
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reads, counts, and writes accurately
- Able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
- Able to smile and maintain a clean appearance
- Able to assign and delegate tasks
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Able to work in a loud environment due to car wash equipment
- Able to perform physical activities such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping
