Requirements

• Hires and trains new Team Members
• Coordinates workflow and supports Team Members
• Assists Store Leader with employment actions
• Maintains store performance and identifies opportunities
• Assists customers with inquiries
• Enforces sales pitches
• Maintains cash accountabilities at POS registers
• Performs other duties as assigned
