- Develops and implements business strategy and leads daily store operations.
- Trains and coaches team members to achieve high performance and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintains store performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures operational excellence.
- Assists Store Leader with hiring, training, and employment actions, including discipline and termination.
- Supports Team Members in managing workflow, addressing customer inquiries, enforcing sales pitches, and maintaining cash accountability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
- Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports Team by providing direction.
- Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy.
- Maintains the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
- Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
