Requirements
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills

- Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
- Must be able to assign and delegate tasks
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Essential Duties
- Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
- Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports team by providing direction
- Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- A clean driving record is required, meaning no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years
- A current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired) is required
