- Develops and implements business strategy

- Assists with hiring and training new Team Members
- Coordinates day-to-day workflow of Team Members

- Monitors store’s level of performance
- Works various hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
- Must be able to work in a loud environment
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must have a current Driver’s License

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Essential Duties
- Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
- Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation
- Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned
