Requirements
- Hires and trains new Team Members
- Supports Team by providing direction
- Assists Store Leader with employment actions
- Maintains store's performance level
- Enforces proper use of sales pitches
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register
- Lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Work outside in a loud environment
- Constant motion and physical activities (lifting, bending, reaching, stooping)
