Assistant Spa Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with impeccable customer service and sales experience to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience through answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Spa.
• Manage and drive spa sales performance.
• Assist in developing talented spa professionals.
• Handle membership education and sales, including setting and meeting sales goals and incentives.
• Passionately promote products and services.
• Work a flexible schedule (shifts are 8-4 and 2-10).
• Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits.
• Perform data analysis to drive business decisions and success.
• Use sound judgment, work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and a soothing ambiance of the premises.
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, and resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards.
• Coach and train sales associates to company standards.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
