About the role

The Assistant Site Supervisor supports the Site Supervisor in overseeing site operations and construction activities. The role coordinates contractors, schedules, safety compliance, resident and campus communications, project progress, warranty items, and site-related issues to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Acts as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors working on-site for patio home additions and coordinates schedules, deliveries, and work activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
