Assistant Site Supervisor
Schedule
- Direct Care: Wednesday 9:30am-2:00pm, Thursday, Friday 2:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm
- Admin Time: 2-6 hours per week
- Total Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation
$23 per hour
This position requires you to be accessible by phone Sunday 8:00am-Wednesday 10:00pm and available to cover any shifts from Sunday 8:00am- Wednesday 10:00pm as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
- Scheduling and planning meals and activities
- Scheduling and accompanying clients to medical appointments
- Administering medications
- Cooking and housework
- Ensuring house safety
- Providing constant supervision
- Transportation to appointments and community events
- Coaching and mentoring staff
- Maintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Acceptable driving record
- Strong English communication skills
- Able to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary
- Able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
