Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Organizing paperwork in shop
- Ordering parts and inventory
- Maintaining workflow in shop
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
- Coordinating transportation services
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Following up with customers regarding their experience and soliciting reviews
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multitasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, goal-oriented, and energetic team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license
