About the role

This position focuses on retail operations and guest services, ensuring our salon remains welcoming, organized, and well-stocked while driving product sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail product sales and manage inventory control
• Monitor stock levels and order hair & beauty products
• Audit retail and supply shipments
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail shelves according to brand standards
• Provide guest services: answer phone calls, book appointments, and process sales tickets
• Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
