Assistant Salon Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist

Our team of passionate and talented professional hairstylists is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. As a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager, you’ll provide exceptional leadership, guest service, understand your guest’s needs, provide quality consultations, and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the salon manager
• Provide exceptional guest service and understand client needs
• Perform hair services (haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services) efficiently and professionally
• Conduct quality consultations
• Perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Tech-savvy with administrative skills
• Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Comfortable with physical activity: standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements (occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs)
• Comfortable working with chemicals and fragrances used in salon treatments
