Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of stylists
• Manage daily salon operations
• Support the team’s success and growth
• Deliver great haircuts and customer service
• Communicate effectively and motivate the team
• Organize and maintain a smooth salon workflow

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA cosmetology or barber license
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
