This opportunity is at a new salon in Inwood, WV with an immediate customer base.
Responsibilities
- Deliver great haircuts and customer service
- Support and motivate a team of stylists
- Help keep the salon running smoothly with organization and flexibility
- Assist with daily salon operations
- Encourage and support team success
- Grow your leadership skills and take on more responsibility
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- Team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization and flexibility
- Interest in growing leadership skills
