Pay

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and provide excellent customer service
• Support daily salon operations and help keep the salon running smoothly
• Motivate and support a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
• Develop leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and a commitment to great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and a willingness to help with salon operations
