What You’ll Do Assistant Retreat Director-PM shifts and weekends: Be the go-to leader for all Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is awaySet the standard — crush your own sales goals while helping the team hit theirsCoach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their bestBuild an upbeat, service-driven environment where guests feel valued and welcomedConsistently meet and exceed sales metrics What You Bring At least 2 years of sales + retail management experienceExperience managing hourly teams (you know how to lead people, not just processes)Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsA people-first mindset with exceptional guest service instinctsSolid computer skills and comfort with standard softwareBonus points for industry experienceA talent for training, coaching, and navigating tough moments with confidence If you’re a natural leader with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong teams, this is your place.
