Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) - Hamlin, NY - Days/Evenings

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion
• Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments
• Supervise and support staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; act as shift leader and assume leadership in the Residence Manager's absence
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans, nursing plans, and behavioral support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with OPWDD and agency requirements
• Respond to behavioral or medical emergencies, implementing SCIP-R and crisis response strategies
• Collaborate with families, advocates, clinicians, and staff to ensure holistic, individualized support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services or a related field
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain); SCIP-R Level I required, Level II may be required depending on assignment
• Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements including a valid driver's license and 2 years of driving experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills; familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Full-Time, 40 hours/week - Tuesday-Saturday 1pm-9pm (Sunday/Monday OFF)
• Pay Range: $24.19 - $27.45/hour
