Assistant Recruiter Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Candidate coordination: Sourcing resumes and booking/scheduling interviews for the recruitment team.
- Talent evaluation: Identifying and reviewing potential talent by exercising good decision-making skills.
- Sourcing strategy: Brainstorming new recruitment sources specifically for educational staff.
- System documentation: Entering detailed, accurate candidate and scheduling notes into the internal tracking system.
Requirements
- Phone expertise: High-level phone experience handling a large volume of candidate calls.
- Follow-up skills: Exceptional diligence, prioritization, and persistence in candidate communication and tracking.
- Technical proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and advanced experience with Microsoft Teams scheduling.
- Background preferred: Sales experience is required; customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Fast-paced multitasking: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails while meeting tight daily deadlines.
- Communication skills: Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Schedule
The schedule is 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. Our workplace is following a hybrid attendance model, with some days in the office and some days at home each week.
