Responsibilities
- Oversight of move-ins and move-outs
- Scheduling and conducting property evaluations
- Documenting property conditions at move-in and move-out
- Coordination of make-ready projects
- Communicating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Serving as a primary point of contact for residents
- Collaborating with the leasing team
- Maintaining detailed records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role
- College degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged)
