Responsibilities

  • Oversight of move-ins and move-outs
  • Scheduling and conducting property evaluations
  • Documenting property conditions at move-in and move-out
  • Coordination of make-ready projects
  • Communicating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for residents
  • Collaborating with the leasing team
  • Maintaining detailed records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks

Qualifications
