Assistant Property Manager
About the role
This role supports the Property Manager in maintaining compliance and managing the day-to-day operations of property management. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely rent payments, enforcing lease terms, and communicating with residents about their accounts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
- Screen and qualify potential residents according to policies and application criteria.
- Collect rent and manage delinquent balances through effective communication and enforcement of lease terms.
- Tour the property and amenities with prospects, providing detailed information about available units and rental rates.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of onsite leasing experience as a Leasing Consultant.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with Low Income Tax Credit Housing.
- Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
