Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance to the Property Manager with all on-site property operations.
  • Ensures tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible (commissions paid).
  • Maintains and develops a resident relations program.
  • Leases apartments when the leasing agent is unavailable (commissions paid).
  • Ensures property marketing is current, accurate, and effective.
  • Schedules work as Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and some Saturdays 10am-4pm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required

  • Two to three years of experience in multifamily housing.
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry and software, YARDI experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

  • $18.00-$21.00 per hour.
  • Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure (up to $100 per lease renewal).
