Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
- Commission up to $100 per renewal lease and new lease
- Annual reviews with opportunity for increased compensation
- $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (depending on role referred)

Responsibilities
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
- Reports market survey reports
- Maintains awareness of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Accepts and completes required application information from prospective residents
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest effect
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Requirements
- Previous multifamily housing leasing experience preferred
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate software
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to provide great customer service to residents
- Willingness to complete online class training
