Assistant Project Manager | Healthcare Construction

Our client is a well-respected general contractor with a strong presence in the South Florida market, known for delivering high-quality commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects in a collaborative team environment.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with approximately three years of experience to build their career as a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage project submittals, RFIs, and document control processes
• Track procurement activities and material deliveries
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Assist Project Managers with project administration, scheduling, and reporting
• Support project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of construction experience
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, and project documentation
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Experience working for a General Contractor preferred

Pay

$80K–$110K
