Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily shelter operations, facilities, and regulatory compliance
- Supervising and evaluating direct reporting staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensuring program targets, budgets, and reporting requirements are met
- Coinciding with funders, community partners, and outside agencies
- Supporting client services, incident response, and program development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with four years of applicable experience, or Associate degree with six years of applicable experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a shelter setting
- Working knowledge of CARES
Pay
$74,000 to $79,000 annually
