ROI is a well-established and well-regarded non-profit agency based in Southwest Michigan. For over 40 years, ROI has been instrumental in providing housing, behavioral health, and autism services. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and support to residents. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities. - Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by ROI.

Requirements

- A high school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in a related field preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (positions requiring vehicle access).

Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of disability rights and best practices.
