Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct innovative research studies
- Secure and manage external funding
- Supervise research staff and trainees
- Collaborate with clinicians, faculty, and institutional partners
- Guide study design, data analysis, and dissemination of findings
- Aim to advance evidence that improves patient outcomes, healthcare delivery, and population health in primary care settings
Requirements
- Residency in the state of Georgia
- Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Experience in general internal medicine and primary care research
- Strong track record in securing and managing external funding
- Excellent supervisory and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, faculty, and institutional partners
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
