About the role

This position involves teaching specific courses across various programs, guiding and mentoring students, preparing students for interviews, planning and delivering learning and development initiatives, and providing counseling services. The role also includes supporting admissions and placements activities, managing academic administration tasks such as exam management and class scheduling, and communicating with students, alumni, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Teach specific courses across programs
  • Mentor and guide students both inside and outside the classroom
  • Prepare students for interviews with external organizations
  • Plan and deliver learning and development initiatives for students
  • Counsel students
  • Conduct research, write, and publish research papers and cases in the domain
  • Support admissions and placements activities
  • Manage academic administration tasks (exam management, class scheduling)
  • Communicate with past, present, and future students of Woxsen and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Desired Profile: Ph.D. from a reputed institute, demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively, strong communication skills (written and spoken English), Ph.D. with 2 years of teaching experience of core courses or industry experience preferred but not required, Master’s degree from a reputed institute/university and 10+ years of industry experience in project management, logistics, supply chain or similar, adequate research background, willing to stay on campus off 90 Kms from Hyderabad
  • Qualifications

    • Master’s degree from a reputed institute/university and 10+ years of industry experience in project management, logistics, supply chain or similar
    • Or Ph.D. with 2 years of teaching experience preferred, but not required

    • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English)
    • Strong research background
    • Ability to influence and communicate effectively
