About the role
This position involves teaching specific courses across various programs, guiding and mentoring students, preparing students for interviews with external organizations, planning and delivering learning and development initiatives for students, and providing counseling services. The role also includes supporting admissions and placements activities, managing academic administration tasks such as exam management and class scheduling, and communicating with students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Teach specific courses across programs
- Mentor and guide students
- Prepare students for interviews with external organizations
- Plan and deliver learning and development initiatives
- Counsel students
- Contribute to research, writing, and publishing research papers and cases in the domain
- Support admissions and placements activities
- Manage academic administration tasks (exam management, class scheduling)
- Communicate with students, alumni, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Desired Profile:
- Ph.D. from a reputed institute
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
- Communication skills (both written and spoken English)
- Master’s degree from a reputed institute/university and 10+ years of industry experience in project management, logistics, supply chain, or similar
- Adequate research background
- Willingness to stay on the campus (off 90 Kms from Hyderabad)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a reputed institute/university and 10+ years of industry experience in project management, logistics, supply chain, or similar
- Or Ph.D. with 2 years of teaching experience preferred, but not required
