Assistant Professor of Sonography

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program curriculum that coordinate with clinical experience
• Participate in student recruitment
• Develop course objectives, outline lesson plans, and curriculum
• Support students through counseling and advisement
• Design, prepare, and develop teaching material that conforms to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography curriculum and the ARDMS curriculum guidelines
• Instruct and evaluate students and report progress
• Cooperate with the Program Director and participate in periodic review and revision of course materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• ARDMS certification, as required
• Minimum 2 years of sonography scanning experience
• Teaching experience, preferred

Pay

Maximum Salary: USD $90,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary: USD $72,000.00/Yr.
