Adjunct Professor - General Sonography

Job Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of courses including scan lab and lecture courses for: abdominal US, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound.
• Prepare syllabus and lesson plans.
• Prepare practicum and/or written exams.
• Grade assignments and other administrative tasks associated with teaching.
• Must be organized, prepared, and student-centered to meet the standards of the college.

Requirements

• Board-registered in Abdomen and OBGYN.
• Minimum of two years sonography working experience.
• Driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

• RVT board certification preferred.
• Previous instructor or clinical teaching experience preferred.
