About the role

The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical care, educate predoctoral and postgraduate learners, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Penn Medicine, and contribute to scholarship and program development that advance integrated medical-dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, medically complex conditions, physical disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other vulnerable populations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Penn Medicine to develop innovative models of patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to scholarship and program development that advance integrated medical-dental care.
  • Support Penn Dental Medicine's missions of clinical excellence, education, research, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses or eligibility for licensure.
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated experience caring for medically complex adult patients.
