Location
The Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. The Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is seeking a full-time, tenure track faculty position as Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security in the Department of Information Systems and Security. The preferred start date is August 2027. This is a nine-month contracted position for work in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the technical aspects of cybersecurity
- Contribute to research in the field of expertise
- Engage in professional service within the Department, College, and University
Required Qualifications
- A doctorate, or the foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline, required at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- A doctorate degree from an AACSB accredited college/school
- Prior teaching experience (in-person, online, or hybrid courses)
- Documentation of technical skills in cybersecurity
- Record of research accomplishments
