About the role
The Assistant Professor of Animal Science / Reproductive Physiologist will lead research initiatives focused on improving animal reproductive efficiency and contribute to the academic community through teaching and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research in reproductive physiology of livestock species
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in animal science
- Mentor students and postdoctoral fellows
- Secure external funding for research projects
- Participate in departmental and university committees
Requirements
- PhD in Animal Science or related field
- Experience in reproductive physiology research
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
