About the role

The Assistant Professor of Animal Science / Reproductive Physiologist will lead research initiatives focused on improving animal reproductive efficiency and contribute to the academic community through teaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in reproductive physiology of livestock species
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in animal science
  • Mentor students and postdoctoral fellows
  • Secure external funding for research projects
  • Participate in departmental and university committees

Requirements

  • PhD in Animal Science or related field
  • Experience in reproductive physiology research
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
