Assistant Professor, Management

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Management, Leadership, International Business, and Entrepreneurship.
• Participate in ongoing curriculum planning and review.
• Supervise internships and/or practicums.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities.
• Participate in professional and instructional development.
• Contribute to university committee activities.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Significant industry experience in managerial or leadership roles and entrepreneurial settings.
• Ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of students and colleagues.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills in various formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited institution (such as J.D., Ph.D., OBA; ABD candidates considered if completion date is within one year of hire).
• Experience teaching undergraduate courses.
