Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Management, Leadership, International Business, and Entrepreneurship.
- Participate in ongoing curriculum planning and review.
- Supervise internships and/or practicums.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities.
- Participate in professional and instructional development.
- Contribute to university committee activities.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Significant industry experience in managerial or leadership roles and entrepreneurial settings.
- Ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of students and colleagues.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills in various formats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Earned Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited institution (such as J.D., Ph.D., OBA; ABD candidates considered if completion date is within one year of hire).
- Experience teaching undergraduate courses.
