Assistant Professor of Management

Duties

• Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate, MBA, and/or doctoral-level courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and related areas consistent with the candidate’s expertise and departmental needs.
• Successful applicants are expected to maintain an active research agenda with the potential to publish in high-quality scholarly journals, and to provide service to the university and the profession.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this position, the applicant must have an earned doctorate degree (or hold ABD status with expected degree completion prior to August 2027) in Management or a related discipline.
• Applicants should possess a track record of original research and publication in elite management journals and must demonstrate a commitment to world-class scholarship, effective teaching, and service.
